The word intention has many meanings.
Intention can be a goal, a plan, or a purpose. It can also be a process of healing. When it comes to Integrated Wellness for Life, intention is a two-way street. Our goal is to be present:
- Present in our training together
- Present in our mindset in how we approach our path to integrated wellness
- Present in our body’s awareness to its responses
- Present in our greater purpose for why we’re integrating our wellness for the future
My intention is to meet you as the client where you are in your wellness journey. My intention is to also empower you. Once we establish our intention, we can then create a plan for true wellness for life.
